Chicago can be a bad place at times yet also a wonderful place most of the time, yet to think these nutty Olympic people picked Rio as their winner of the "suck up, bribe and hate Bush Derby" with their deadly crime and far more deadly drug wars going on makes you laugh and cry at once, almost.
This is what's going on in that Brazilian city yesterday. This'll really make those athletes look forward to the trip I'm sure....not
